Quarterly:

Inspect property and send electronic copy of Home Health Report to client (or specified person). Address any concerns identified.
Inspect and change air filters (filters included)
Run water and flush toilets in unused spaces
Test smoke/carbon monoxide detectors
Test garage door auto reverse feature

Once Per Year:

Clean garbage disposal
Lubricate garage door tracks
Vacuum refrigerator coils
Change Batteries in Smoke Detectors (batteries included)
Tighten handles, knobs, racks
Check locks and deadbolts on doors & windows
Check and repair caulk around showers, tubs, sink,
and kitchen
Remove shower heads and clean sediment
Clean faucet aerators
Clean dryer vent
Flush water heater and remove sediment
Prep hoses/bibs for winter
Inspect roof for damage or leaks
